GIFT AID & THE ANNUAL PASS
Gift Aid allows charities like us to reclaim tax (25p for every £1) from the government on your donations. If you are a UK taxpayer, by opting to Gift Aid you enable us to treat your payment as a donation, so each £1 you spend can do £1.25 of good.
Each full price standard admission, Special Event, and Experience ticket includes an Annual Pass. The Annual Pass is valid from the point that the ticket is first used. It is non-transferable and you will be asked for supporting Identification on re-admission.
Group tickets and discounted entry or complimentary tickets (for example, visiting as a guest of a Friend of The Tank Museum) do not include an Annual Pass.

Complimentary tickets and Annual Passes CANNOT be used at TANKFEST or Tiger Day. Special Events sell out, often prior to the day of the event. Once site capacity is reached, no admission is permitted without a valid ticket.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date or details of the event are significantly changed after an order has been placed.
In the event of extreme weather conditions or Force Majeure, all or substantial parts of TANKFEST or Tiger Day may be cancelled or postponed. In this case tickets and or consequential loss will not be subject to reimbursement.
