MEET THE GUEST JUDGE

The winner of the 2022 series of The Great British Bake Off, Syabira Yusoff surprised and delighted the judges with her unusual flavour combinations and imaginative bakes.

Although Syabira has been cooking since she was 12, she only started baking in 2017, making a Red velvet cake to remind her of friends she missed in Malaysia, where she was born and raised. She soon discovered she had a talent for baking and began giving a Malaysian twist to British classics.

Syabira’s interest in tanks comes from online gaming, and she has even visited The Tank Museum to see them in real life.

Syabira will be holding a Meet and Greet from 10am – 12pm on 26 February, and announcing the competition winners at 1pm.

  • The winner will be announced during the event, but we will notify you by email as well.

Choose from a tempting selection of courses designed for those with a love of cooking. A typical half day course will last for four hours and you can enjoy your creations for lunch with a glass of wine before you leave.

The cookery school offers the opportunity for everyone to enjoy cooking great food at their own personal workstation. Whether you want to expand your repertoire of recipes, gain new cookery skills and knowledge or simply want to have fun cooking there is a class for you.
