The Tank Museum has partnered with Warlord Games to bring model makers, collectors and tabletop gaming enthusiasts a new wargaming-focused Model Show.
On 12 & 13 September 2026, visitors can enjoy a packed weekend of expert wargaming demonstrations, specialist traders, and a Bolt Action tournament.
Events Operations Manager, Elliot Wills, said: “We’re excited to be joining forces with Warlord Games to bring this Wargaming-themed South West Model Show.
“Enthusiasts can listen to a programme of talks including painting tips and tricks from the Warlord Studio Team, plus find out how Warlord turned a Second World War tank into a Konflikt ’47 Walker.
“We have a wide range of traders and exhibitors, including the Titan Owners Club and, IGS Minis. Plus, valid Annual Pass holders and Friends of The Tank Museum can even enjoy the show for free!”

Visitors will also be able to demo popular games from the Army Tabletop Wargaming Association, Zero Hour Miniature Wargames, and Rules for the Common Man.
Alongside the special event programme, visitors can explore The Tank Museum’s collection of more than 300 military vehicles and interactive exhibitions covering conflicts from the First World War to the present day.
