From large outdoor festivals like TANKFEST, to the Dorset Christmas event, weāve got a varied programme all through the year for traders, exhibitors, living history groups, caterers and entertainers to get involved with.
We anticipate 2026’s events to be bigger and better than ever. You can find all the forms, and how to apply for each event, below.

All applicants who have submitted an online form to The Tank Museum will receive an automated response from Wufoo to confirm receipt of the application however this does not confirm participation.

How to Apply
Before applying take a look through the pricing structures, terms and conditions and sensitive artefacts documentation linked below. You will be asked to confirm agreement of these at the end of your application.
Ensure you have the key items for your particular form (listed below) on file ready for upload on application.Ā You are not able to save and return to your form at a later date, you must complete it in one sitting.Ā
Dorset Christmas Market Traders & Exhibitors Application
Stall fee: Ā£50 per stall, per day
- Tables and chairs are provided (unless you prefer to bring your own).
- Trading Time: 10am – 4pm.
- There is the option to apply for one day or both days.
Battle Re-enactors Application – CLOSED FOR 2026
- Copy of Public Liability Insurance up to Ā£5 million
- Copy of Risk Assessment (a template can be downloaded HERE)
- A basic drawing of your pitch layout
Traders Application
- Copy of Public Liability Insurance up to Ā£5 million
