Our Tanks For The Memories: Tanks in Popular Culture exhibition will be closed on the 10 October for essential maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Areas of the Tanks For The Memories: Tanks in Popular Culture exhibition will be inaccessible for visitors due to essential maintenance. The hall will remain open during this time.
The 3 November will be the last day to see the Battlegroup Afghanistan Exhibition before it is closed to allow the Museum to develop a new exhibition opening Spring 2025 – find out more HERE.
The Tamiya Hall Café will also be closed during this time, reopening in Spring. The restaurant will be open as usual for hot and cold food, as well as snacks and drinks.
Due to the Remembrance Day Service, the Tamiya Hall including the soft play will be closed. The hall will reopen by noon on 11 November.
Due to our annual Dorset Christmas event, there will be limited access to exhibitions due to the set up and delivery of the event.
The soft play will be closed on 20 November for essential maintenance, it will reopen as usual on the 21 November.
Due to the annual RAC Boxing Event, the Tamiya Hall including the Soft Play will be closed from noon. The Tamiya Hall will reopen on Friday 29 November.
Due to a Help For Heroes event the Tamiya Hall and Soft Play will be closed until 1st December.
Due to the Christmas Holidays, our entire site will be closed for the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. We will reopen again as normal from 27th December.
