This is subject to change at short notice, but we will endeavour to let our visitors know about any exhibition closures.
The 3 November will be the last day to see the Battlegroup Afghanistan Exhibition before it is closed to allow the Museum to develop a new exhibition opening Spring 2025 – find out more HERE. The Tamiya Hall may be closed for short periods during this time. There may be times during this period where the soft play is also closed.
The Tamiya Hall Café will also be closed during this time, reopening in Spring. The restaurant will be open as usual for hot and cold food, as well as snacks and drinks.
The Tamiya Hall, including soft play, café and book shop, will be closed both days for preparation for the annual Tankmas livestream. Find out more and watch live HERE.
Due to the Christmas Holidays, our entire site will be closed for the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. We will reopen again as normal from 27th December.
The Tank Museum will be closed to the public every Wednesday in January for essential maintenance and training.
The soft play will be closed on the morning on 3 February 2025, it will reopen as normal in the afternoon.
