What should I bring?

Make sure you bring a sleeping bag, roll mat, pillows, toothbrush/toothpaste and some clothes to sleep in. The Museum will not be providing any bedding. To keep luggage to a minimum, we recommend arriving in the clothes you’ll sleep in.

For health and safety reasons you must wear shoes at all times inside the Museum, apart from when you’re sleeping. The clothes you’ll sleep in need to be suitable and warm enough to stand outside in during an emergency evacuation.

We recommend you also bring a water bottle, pillow, and an eye mask to sleep in, as some lights will remain on throughout the night.

For health and safety reasons, inflatable mats or mattresses more than five centimetres thick are not allowed.

We recommend you don’t bring any items of financial or sentimental value, as we can’t take any responsibility if these get lost, stolen or damaged.

You won’t be able to plug in any electrical items during the event, so we recommend you bring a portable charger with you.

Do I need to bring food?

The restaurant will be serving WWII themed meals however there will also be standard meals available. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know by emailing events@tankmuseum.org. The restaurant will be open until 2000 and will reopen for breakfast at 0730. There will also be a tank museum pop up shop open throughout the night with snacks and various tank museum items available to purchase.

What time do I need to arrive, and which entrance should I use?
