From large outdoor festivals like TANKFEST, to the Dorset Christmas event, we’ve got a varied programme all through the year for traders, exhibitors, living history groups, caterers and entertainers to get involved with.
This year features our brand new Bump, Baby & Toddler Event, tailored for new parents and featuring a Little Pickles Market.
We anticipate 2026’s events to be bigger and better than ever. You can find all the forms, and how to apply for each event, below.

How to Apply
Before applying take a look through the pricing structures, terms and conditions and sensitive artefacts documentation linked below. You will be asked to confirm agreement of these at the end of your application.
Ensure you have the key items for your particular form (listed below) on file ready for upload on application. You are not able to save and return to your form at a later date, you must complete it in one sitting.
Bump, Baby and Toddler Exhibitors & Traders Application
- Copy of Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million
- Copy of Risk Assessment (a template can be downloaded HERE)
- A basic drawing of your pitch layout
Battle Re-enactors Application
- Copy of Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million

Traders Application
