Wellbeing Event - On Track

Members of the Armed Forces community, and anybody connected to life in the forces, are invited to ‘On Track’, a free wellbeing event.

On Track offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with others in the community, celebrating the power of positive, supportive communities, and their impact on our mental health and wellbeing.

Taking place on 8 October at The Tank Museum, the event is free for all to attend and has a programme of activities throughout the day. Visitors to the event are also free to explore the Museum.

Organisations and charities, such as Help for Heroes and Combat Stress, will be on hand to offer support for yourself or someone close to you, or to simply learn more about the resources available if you are ever in need of them.

The event will also feature an audience-led Q&A session, offering attendees the chance to raise topics or share concerns that matter most to them and their community to an audience that will likely have experienced or share similar concerns.

Elliot Wills, Events Operations Manager, said: “We are pleased to support the Armed Forces community through our dedicated event, On Track. This year, we will also be welcoming Sean Phelps to the stage. Sean is a former Royal Marine Commando, fundraiser, and mental health advocate. We look forward to hearing his story.”

On Track is open to all members of the Armed Forces community – including regular and reserves, service families, the bereaved, service leavers, veterans, and anyone connected to life in the forces.
