Behind the scenes at our recent On Track wellbeing event supporting the armed forces community.
On Track is a free annual event offering a safe, welcoming space to connect with others and find out about the available support for the armed forces community.

Milda Siauciulyte, Events Coordinator, said:
“We are pleased to support the armed forces community with this dedicated event and delighted to see so many people taking part.
“This year, the focus was on community, celebrating the power of positive, supportive communities and their impact on our mental health and wellbeing.”
Organisations and charities were on hand to offer advice, and an audience-led Q&A session provided attendees the chance to raise topics or share concerns that matter to them and their community.
Activities available to support physical and mental health included yoga and a wellbeing walk around the local area, as well as a drop-in session with artist Tilly Ingram to make pieces of art using found materials – part of Poole Lighthouse’s ongoing Our Freedom: Then and Now project, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
