New Admission Pricing Reduces Financial Barriers

As an educational charity, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to be inspired by a visit to The Tank Museum.

The new adult admission price reflects the true cost of conserving and presenting our internationally significant collection, while child and concessionary prices have been set to balance affordability across our audiences and help reduce financial barriers to museum access.

In line with our mission, we want to see more children and young people engaging with our collections and learning about our heritage.

We recognise that affordability remains a concern for many families, and our revised child pricing is designed to make visiting more accessible for families without compromising the quality of the experience we offer.

Child admission will now cost less than half of what it did in 2025.

Our new pricing structure also improves access for students, who will benefit from a concessionary rate at 50% of the standard adult admission. The same rate applies to HM Forces Veterans in recognition of their service, and to Universal/Pension Credit recipients, for whom we have also extended our free annual pass offer.

Families today come in many different shapes and sizes. Rather than fixed family tickets, our pricing now ensures that visiting groups only pay for what they need – and a family of four will pay less in 2026 than they did in 2025.

Visitors can also save by booking in advance, which helps us plan effectively and protect the visitor experience, while offering a visitors a 20% saving on the standard admission price.
