In 2025, World of Tanks supported bringing a King Tiger from Musée des Blindés in France.

Sponsor’s money goes into improving the event for visitors, such as improving Wi-Fi infrastructure or the transport of guest vehicles.

TANKFEST attracts 24,000 people to Dorset each year. Tickets sell out far in advance, with visitors coming from every corner of the globe.

Since 2020, hundreds of thousands have also tuned in to watch the TANKFEST livestream supported by headline sponsor, World of Tanks.

TANKFEST’s unique audience makes it highly desirable as a sponsorship opportunity. From video game fans and engineering enthusiasts to military veterans and families, businesses can get their brand in front of a wide range of people, as well as donating to a registered charity.

TANKFEST is the world's best display of historic moving armour, attracting fans from around the globe.

“At World of Tanks, we’re excited to support The Tank Museum and continue as principal sponsor of TANKFEST in 2026. The Museum’s teams are remarkably innovative, and we’re proud that together we created the TANKFEST Online Historical Stream, now a standout in the heritage space,” says Michael Broek, Deputy Publishing Director from World of Tanks.

“As we look ahead, we’re excited to deepen our partnership and continue showing what we can achieve together in bringing armoured history to global audiences.”

This year’s sponsors also include Babcock, who are providing an activity zone for families, Forces War Records, and Air Copier Systems.

All TANKFEST profits go towards the Museum’s charitable mission, and ensure this historic collection is preserved for generations to come.
