An exciting programme has been announced for the South West’s biggest model show, at The Tank Museum, 14-15 September 2024.
The South West Model Show offers a hands-on day for the whole family to enjoy, showcasing an incredible range of scale models, including trains, aircraft, boats, science fiction icons, and of course, tanks!
This year’s Autumn Model Show will be bigger than ever. Discover everything you need to know about scale modelling and pick up some inspiration for your next model project through live workshops and demonstrations. From soft play and crafts for mini modellers to a Q&A with the Daleks, there’s something for everyone.
Tom Holmes, Events Manager, says: “The model show brings the whole family together to take part in a hands-on weekend that celebrates the joy of model making. We are delighted to announce that, following the success of our model contest in spring, we will be repeating the competition this autumn.”
Visitors will also be able to explore The Tank Museum’s powerful interactive exhibitions and discover the world’s finest collection of military vehicles.
