Spectacular live tank displays, vehicle rides and family friendly hands-on activities are all on offer at The Tank Museum this Easter holiday, 5 – 20 April 2025.
Come rain or shine, The Tank Museum is the perfect place to head for a day out for the whole family to enjoy. Over the Easter holidays this year the theme is ‘Ink and Iron’, with activities themed around wartime books and comics, and a special Museum trail.
See armoured vehicles in action and find out how they work together in battle, Monday to Friday at 1-1:30pm throughout the Easter holidays, at the Tanks in Action display. Watching not enough? Book a ride in real tracked vehicle – a Cold War M548 troop carrier!
Ellie Johnston, Communications & Content Co-Ordinator, said: “On top of plenty of exciting activities to keep the children busy, our live armoured vehicle displays and rides offer a unique and memorable day out for the whole family.”
Visitors to the Museum will also be able to explore the powerful interactive exhibitions and discover the world’s finest collection of military vehicles. Plus, there’s plenty to keep little ones busy, including soft-play and dressing up.
New for Easter 2025 at The Tank Museum is the special exhibition ‘Ukraine: Armoured Warfare in the Modern World’. Find out about the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, with a focus on the role of armoured vehicles, British assistance, and the devastating impact on the Ukrainian people.
