Experience explosive live tank displays every weekday, 29th March – 14th April at The Tank Museum, and take part in medal-themed family activities.
See the Museum’s own ‘mystery machines’ in the arena with the Tanks in Action displays Monday to Friday, meet the crews, and even experience the thrill of riding in a tracked vehicle.
This Easter’s programme is inspired by a new display of the Museum’s 4,000 medals, as a tribute to the tank crews who won them.
Head of Visitor Experience, Rosanna Dean, said, “We have an incredible programme of fun events this Easter. Kids can dress up and get interactive with our bright and bold exhibitions.
“They can get crafty with the chocolate medal making workshop and design a medal to take home.”
Visitors can solve the mystery of what medal has been taken on the ‘Medalling Kids’ trail and find out more about the fascinating stories of the courageous crewmen behind the medals in the Museum’s collection.
Kids can get adventurous on the tank themed outdoor play area and let off steam in the indoor soft play. Book online and save 10% and discover Dorset’s largest award-winning day out this Easter!
