Tiger Day 13 - POSTPONEMENT

IMPORTANT TIGER DAY 13 ANNOUNCEMENT

17th March 2020

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, The Tank Museum has taken the difficult decision to postpone Tiger Day 13.

Whilst The Tank Museum remains open as usual, the government has now advised the public to avoid mass gatherings and withdrawn the support of the emergency services from such events.

Tiger Day 13 is therefore being moved from Saturday 25 April to Saturday 8 August.

STANDARD TICKETS

All Tiger Day 13 tickets will be valid for this new date of Saturday 8 August – with annual passes being valid from the date they are activated.

PREMIUM TICKETS

Premium ticket holders’ tickets will also be transferred to either Friday 7 August or Saturday 8 August, aligning with the day/time for which they were originally booked.

CAN’T MAKE THE NEW DATE?

We’re very sorry to have to inconvenience so many of you. These circumstances are beyond what any of us could have predicted and will be financially difficult for all of us.  Your Tiger Day 13 Tickets will be valid on the new date (8 August) automatically.

If you can’t make this new date and you haven’t already ‘activated’ your annual pass we can offer you the following:

  1. The option to transfer your tickets to Tiger Day 14 (Saturday 19 September 2020).

  2. The option to transfer your tickets to Tiger Day 15 (Saturday 24 April 2021).

  3. A full refund. Please note it may take as long as six weeks to process refunds under these unprecedented circumstances.

  4. The opportunity to turn your unused tickets into a donation. As you may have heard, the impact of this outbreak is set to be devastating to the arts, culture and heritage industry. Showing your support for The Tank Museum in this way will play a major part in helping us navigate what is the biggest crisis we have faced in our history.  Plus, your annual pass will still be valid for you to visit The Tank Museum (Special events excepted) up to April 2021.

If you wish to claim any of these alternatives, please contact us (info@tankmuseum.org) before 1700hrs on 15 April 2020. If we don’t hear from you by this date, we will assume you are content with the new date - and ticket holders will be bound by our standard terms & conditions.

BATTLE OF BERLIN PREMIERE

The Real Time History event is also being postponed - until Sunday 9 August - as Flo and the team are currently locked down in Germany! If you have any questions about the event please contact support@realtimehistory.net
